Product guide / Initiatives
your projects, with the bet attached
See what the company is actually betting on.
Initiatives are the project primitive here — but a project that keeps the bet it came from attached: the objective, the evidence, the blockers, the owner, and the condition that ends it.

Where this helps
Most companies can recite their strategy. Far fewer can show where the headcount and the quarter actually went.
The question it puts in front of you
What is the company actually betting on, and what are we not doing?
Where judgment belongs
You decide what becomes a bet, who owns it, and when it gets deferred or cancelled.
What gets prepared for you
Eligible company signals are synthesized into proposed initiatives with their evidence already attached, so the proposal arrives arguable.
Strategy & decisions
How a bet stays visible.
Create an initiative directly, or synthesize one from eligible company signals.
Review the portfolio as cards, a list, or a Kanban board.
Open one bet with its results, blockers, tasks, sources, and relationships.
Initiatives in the real world
From scattered signal to a portfolio you can defend.
Initiatives are created by hand or drawn from company signals. Tasks, companies, and contacts stay attached to the bet rather than drifting into a separate tracker.
Most tools hand you a project: a folder, some collaborators, a task list. An Initiative is that same unit with the bet still attached — which is why a Room shows the initiatives its work relates to without anyone tagging them.
Conversation is an input, not a trigger. Relevant discussion first has to become an eligible company signal before synthesis can create or update an initiative — which is what keeps the roadmap founder-owned.
What holds up
What it does well, and what it was never meant to do.
Constraints are a design position, not an apology. Everything on the left ships today; everything on the right we decided against.
What you can rely on in Initiatives
- View the portfolio as a dashboard, a list, cards, or a Kanban board.
- A Room automatically shows the initiatives its work refers to.
What we chose not to build
- A conversation does not automatically create an initiative.
- AI never overwrites a founder-owned strategic choice.
- The progress signal is an indicator, not a complete strategy score.
- There is no direct Initiative file export today.
