Workflow

  • -scan_dataroom — discover and preview files.
  • -build_dataroom — classify and structure into Public / Confidential / Sensitive.
  • -dataroom_gap — score readiness against seed or Series A checklists.
  • -sync_dataroom — push the room to Operalta.

Run it

  • -Install the CLI first.
  • -Set OPERALTA_API_KEY to enable sync.
  • -Ask your assistant: "Build a data room for our seed round from ~/Documents/fundraising".

  • -L1 Public — pitch deck, executive summary.
  • -L2 Confidential — financials, metrics, cap table.
  • -L3 Sensitive — legal, IP, contracts.
