A founder update arrives by email, is authenticated, matched, and parsed into proposed metrics and notes. The reviewer sees the original material, the match confidence, and the proposed changes before deciding what becomes company data.
Company metrics and investor-private account metrics stay separate. High-confidence auto-apply is optional and policy-controlled, and Public Intake submissions still require reviewer promotion before they enter Pipeline.

- Not every email updates data automatically — review is the default.
- Company matching is not guaranteed, and processing is not instant.
- A submission never enters Pipeline without a reviewer.
