Product guide / Connect
outreach a person approves before it sends
Turn relationship context into reviewed action.
Connect helps a team find the right person, prepare a relevant message, review it, and keep the reply with the relationship. Deliberate relationship work — not bulk email.

Where this helps
Outreach volume runs inversely to the quality of the relationships it actually produces.
The question it puts in front of you
Is this message good enough to go out under our name?
Where judgment belongs
Nothing sends without a person approving it. The Review Queue is not a setting you can switch off.
What gets prepared for you
Contacts are resolved, drafts prepared against real relationship history, and replies routed back to the right thread.
Relationships
How outreach earns its send.
Prepare target Lists and resolve the right contacts.
Save drafts and move selected messages through a human Review Queue.
Schedule approved outreach within sender limits.
Keep replies and the relationship timeline in a dedicated Connect Inbox.
Connect in the real world
Twelve messages that were each read before they left.
A founder turns a fundraising target List into a small, reviewed outreach cohort. Connect makes recipient readiness visible, holds every draft for review, and keeps replies with the relationship — so the next action reflects that relationship rather than a campaign metric.
The core runtime is active, though availability and provider coverage differ by workspace. Sensitive recipient creation and sending stay more restricted outside the browser interface.
What holds up
What it does well, and what it was never meant to do.
Constraints are a design position, not an apology. Everything on the left ships today; everything on the right we decided against.
What you can rely on in Connect
- Supports Lists, saved drafts, Review Queue, scheduling, sending, and replies.
- Shows contact states such as Searching, Ready, and Failed.
- Uses provider connections and the configured sender identity.
What we chose not to build
- Connect is not bulk email or marketing automation.
- There is no unsupervised sending — the Review Queue is not optional.
- Omnichannel and provider coverage are not complete.
- No general campaign-file export is available today.
